This honey and dark chocolate chunk no churn ice cream is perfectly sweet, incredibly creamy, and super simple to make. Made with just 6 ingredients and a stand mixer, you’ll be making this delicious sweet and salty ice cream all summer long!

Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and honey. Start mixer on low speed then gradually increase to high. Whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in chopped chocolate.

Step 2

Pour into freezer safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Drizzle ice cream with a little more honey before serving.
