In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, water and garlic. Brown the garlic for about one minute being careful not to burn it.
Add in the diced tomatoes and bring the sauce to a simmer over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add DASH “Garlic and Herb” seasoning, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, fennel seed and black pepper to the saucepan.
Serve warm. This sauce keeps well, covered and refrigerated, for up to 5 days. Freeze it for up to 6 months.
