- 4 strips low sodium bacon Look for uncured low sodium bacon <70mg per slice
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then roughly break apart the bacon into small pieces. In same pan with bacon fat, add brussels sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Toss bacon back into pan. Serve immediately.
