Instructions
  1. Sift together flour, no salt baking powder, no salt baking soda and salt substitute. Beat unsalted butter until creamy. Add sugar gradually and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and continue beating until well blended. Add eggs and continue beating until well blended. Add flour mixture alternatively with bananas, a small amount at a time, mixing after each addition only enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
